The 2024 Blues Challenge will feature the area's best blues bands and solo/duo acts competing for cash prizes and a chance to represent Western Pennsylvania at the 2025 International Blues Challenge in Memphis, TN!

We are currently accepting application for 8 acts:  4 bands and 4 solo/duo acts.  This is subject to change depending on response.  Please submit your application as soon as possible, as spots may fill up quickly!

 

The application fee for each act is $50.  Please fill out the form below and submit, then follow the link to our secure site for payment of the application fee.  Your application isn't considered complete until payment is completed.

Prizes are as follows:

• $1000 for best band

• $500 for best solo/duo

• Jim Weber memorial best guitarist award ($100)

• Additional prizes for recording time in local studios to be announced soon
