THE BSWPA JUKE JOINT PROGRAM - We hope that you will come out and join the fun at the Blues Night Out. These events will be a night to meet other blues fans and to enjoy the music.
Blues Jam Thursday was a great night of blues!
Some of the officers and board members took to the stage with Jimmy Adler for a few numbers. The guys literally set "the stage on fire" and the crowd had a "smoking good time." They literally "tore things up." In the middle of losing one amp and the resulting smoke, the crowd loved what was going on.
Jimmy Adler was fun and tremendous as always. A unique addition to the night was when The Rich Harper Band (http://www.richharper.com) sat in. Harper is originally from this area and is back in town for a few months before going back to tour Europe and Asia with his brand of blues. We also had Phil the Knight travel down from Zelionople to play some great blues. Katie showed up for some great tunes. (Picture her lovely face with whiskers as she came dressed as a black cat for Halloween.)
It was a blues crowd for sure. They were enthusiastic and showed their appreciation for the event.
