History: The Blues Society of Western Pennsylvania was formed on May 8, 2004. We have around 250 members and are currently accepting memberships. In a short period of time, our membership base has swelled from 148 to over 300. Since our formation great friendships were formed, and music events organized.

Our newsletters will also keep you informed about upcoming events, happenings in the regional blues news, and our network members will become a great resource for you to tap into for friendship and mutual love of the blues!
